Formerly The Lost "West Side Story" tapes, this magnificent performance is the last of Buddy's recorded and filmed works. This is the seccond of two sets recorded specifically for home video in 1985. An Emmy nominated concert, one feared lost in fire, that has been fully restored with a state-of-art audio mix. A must have for every Buddy Rich fan.

Buddy's signature pieces of music that closed almost every concert on the road, was his West Side Story medley. Always ending with a blazing drum solo finale, and the audience on their feet. The solo captured on this night is no exeption. Once again, Buddy at 67 years old shows us all why he is still the benchmark foe all to be measured by.
