Recorded at Philharmonic Hall, Lincoln Center, New York on October 23, 1972 and hosted by Doc Severinsen, this unique program features the scintillation "scatting" of Ella Fitzgerald, the melodious measures of Duke Ellington and the soulful sounds of Count Basie, among others.
In addition, The All Star Swing Festival marks the first and only performance of the original Benny Goodman Quartet on television. it is truly a moment in history not to be missed.
