Power Strip Multitasking Dock 1.1.8 AnDrOiD

Power Strip is a dock-like home app showing shortcuts, apps and widgets right on your current activity in any orientation.

When set as default, you can go to a preset home app (MENU>Preferences>Preferred Home Screen) by double home key click.
